Just Ground works with local communities to make food growing a means of healing, connection and resistance.

What We Do

A group of people planting seedlings in a garden bed

Education

We share food growing skills and train new growers.

Growing

We grow good food in healthy soils and sharing it locally.

Community

We run events and projects to build food sovereignty, solidarity and connection.

We help people build skills, knowledge and community capacity to take ownership over our food supply.

We are guided by the principles of food sovereignty — putting eaters and growers first (ahead of corporations), and upholding everyone's right to food that is sustainably produced, healthy and culturally appropriate.
